I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AIG (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
3 rounds, 4 interviewer. Most of the questions were related to work situations, technical knowledge and soft skills. Interview was based on the STAR format. They asked about my current role, my expectation and some real life scenario on which I would have reacted

Question 1
tell me something about the role you are currently doing
Good, poor communication/response levels when details requested. Recruiter was quite unresponsive when asked for hiring timeline. The interview process was ok bar the lack of communication from the internal recruiter. No issues with HR or hiring team
Document the test results and deviations
Recommend potential features and enhancements to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Document resolutions and workarounds in the form of help content or solution articles so that they can be leveraged by others
Maintain North Star L5 processes, system process flows, SOP’s, controls, training and other business process documentation
The interview experience is so good. I got 2 round of interviews to ask about my experience and some situations questions. Second round interview is more focusing on culture and personality to see if this suit the team culture.
