Interview
I went through two rounds and I was just called back for my final round. The first round is just to get to know a little about your background. If you're invited back for the 2nd round you will be in a room with around 25 individuals and you will fill out a questionnaire and learn about the company and more about the process on how to become an agent and manager.
Interview comprised of two rounds. Questions targeted capability and were based on my resume. I felt comfortable speaking with the interviewers so I knew the team was a good fit for me.

How do you manage tight deadlines with conflicting deliverable dates?
good expereince overall and postive feedback. No complainst. I was received and asked for some questions that were easy to answer. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I didn't get the offer thoguyt.
Phone call to schedule In person interview at the Delaware office with hiring team and management personnel. Nothing unusual or exceptional. Described job, expectations, current issues, potential solutions, salary, benefits, etc.
