Interview
Submit resume online using university's job board, followed by a 30 minute behavioral phone interview, followed by a super day of interviews in NYC office (three 30-minute interviews). AIG flew me out to NYC and covered expenses for hotel and taxi to/from airport. Received an offer within a few days of the final round interviews.

Tell us about a failure you had and how you overcame it.
Chill interview and asked about my interests but they just talked about the company a lot and I did not really get to say much. Did not ask anything related to the job because it was entry level program.

Interview
They will initially interview candidates via phone for a quick 10-20 minute interview to gage your verbal communication skill.
If invited to an in person interview, you will be apart of what is called a “super day.” You will be assigned to a room and you will have 3 30 minute interviews with 3 different managers.
Once that is completed you will be notified whether or not you got the job.
