I applied for the program as a graduate with a UK chemical engineering degree. The process was a total of 4 stages, which 2 I have passed.
First stage was a competency interview with the head of the earky career sourcing
Second was with the CEO of AIG retakaful
Third was with the CFO of AIG malaysia (I failed at this point)
Fourth is with the general manager
The interviews get shorter and shorter at each stage. My advice is that you need to show genuine passion for insurance, particularly if you don't have any experience or study the course for it.
(I studied chemical engineering)
I need to point out that: they missed my interview with no explanation , and said that the role can be boring (especially to a chemical engineer), and that the role can be very challenging as the expectations are set to be very high, and colleagues are not helpful when it comes to simple questions
Gave me a bad impression on the company on their work culture since the first interview.
