I got a call and invitation to an interview at an office. Travel was provided/reimbursed. I sat for a short presentation, asked questions to current employees, then had two back to back interviews. Food was provided as well.

First interaction was at a career fair. Applications were handled online. There two rounds of interview, one over the phone and one interview at AIG offices. The second interview consisted of several smaller interviews with several AIG members.
