It was a very friendly and informal chat, at a University meeting. The role was posted through University adverts on campus. Interview was run by other students who were a year above me. As long as you're competent and show drive and enthusiasm, you'll be fine.

Interview
Submit application, interview with the EBs, and then speech in front of the entire AISEC team. Prepare yourself for specific questions about the product that you're applying for whether it be iGT, iGV, oGT, or oGV. Overall a great experience for you to improve your public speaking skills and practice a professional interview while you are still in college.
