AIESEC interview questions

It was insightful. Process was a bit tasking but not as long as I would have expected, the process was a learning curve and had to put in my all.

I had a 3 hour interview, with multiple rounds. Questions asked were behavioural, mostly focusing on hypotheticals, like if you were in x situation what would you do. In addition, there were some questions regarding prior experiences, such as "name an example when..."-style questions. There were three interviewers.
