Easy and in person. I had roughly about 3 meetings and then an offer which I accepted. I started a few weeks later and enjoyed my time with the company I was able to work remotely which was advantageous

Interview
The first interview was online and the second stage was face to face with one of the partners. Both went really well and the whole process was always very transparent. The company seems to be a conscious capitalist one, where a win is only a win when all stakeholders win.
