Interview
My experience with the company I interviewed for was a bit disheartening as I did not secure the role. During the interview, there was a notable emphasis on personal questions, which made the conversation somewhat uncomfortable. I also observed a traditional mindset within the company regarding compensation for extra hours worked over the years. Despite this, I am grateful for the learning experience and look forward to finding a workplace that aligns better with my values and expectations.
