ADTechnology Physical Design Engineer interview questions

The interview for this position was divided into two sessions after the candidate passed the CV screening round. In the first session, my fellow candidates and I were given an IQ and EQ test to check the thinking and behavior of each personality. The second session was the interview, including 2 Tech Seniors who would participate in asking questions. The thing to mention here is that I was eliminated when in the second interview, they said my CV did not meet the requirements. It is sad for a large company in Vietnam, but the application process is very cumbersome and there is no connection between the interviewer and HR.
