There is a four-step process. First is a phone screen with the recruiter. Then you talk to a VP, and afterward one or more Sales Managers on their team. The final step is an in-person presentation based on a provided prompt. Pretty straightforward. Be warned: there is a huge disconnect between the prompt provided and the expectations of the hiring team you present for. It's 2024 and the prompt provided was Copyrighted for 2017. I spent hours preparing a presentation (not to mention the travel costs and time, after the location changed twice) and it seemed like the team in the room had never even seen the prompt, so there was a huge miscommunication and misalignment of expectations. Overall, general lack of communication between the actual hiring team and recruiting team. They will not reach out if they decide to not move forward and getting feedback is like pulling teeth. If I did not text the recruiter a week after I was supposed to hear back, I don't think they would have reached out.
