Nice recruiter, but kind of short. Sometimes seemed not too interested in what I had I to say. Overall I would say it went fairly well and I would say it was a standard interview nothing too special.

Process included a phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the VP of sales, a top performing employee interview and finally a manager panel with a sales role play scenario and behavioral questions.

Question 1
They asked me to walk through a sales role play where I was an ADP rep pitching payroll services to a small bagel shop referred by an existing client.
Do not recommend, had to go in the field shadowing someone for a full work day, get back to the office at 4:30, do an interview with a rude manager that seemed like they did not want to be there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2025
Interview
Phone interview -> Interview with VP of Sales -> Multiple in-person interviews with two separate panels of Sales Executives.
The team was great, responsive, and a fresh of breath air.
