I went to the Grace Hopper Conference and got an offer on the spot. There were two interviews: technical and behavioral. The interviewers were pretty chill and make the process a lot easier.

It was a moderate to hard difficulty, the interviewer was polite, but overall, the process took More than a month. The perks mentioned were good, but hybrid was not there for college students .

Interview
easy, straightforward common sales questions "sell yourself" good. communication and not hard thinking questions or activities, talked to two people from the office so its not hard and it is just selling yourself
The salary listed online was double what the recruiter told me! It also was advertised as full time but it was actually only 32 hrs/wk and 8 weeks. At the bare minimum this was incompetence. At worst it’s deceptive.
