I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online and received an email 3 weeks later to schedule a phone screen which consisted of going over my resume, answering standard questions and STAR questions.
After passing the phone screen, I was immediately sent an online assessment (agree/disagree questions and comprehension) and a mock customer service assessment which consisted of listening to calls and navigating mock databases to resolve client questions/problems appropriately.
Two weeks later, I was emailed a list of available times to schedule a phone interview with a Client Support manager from another location. She then sent results back to the recruiter. I got mostly STAR questions that time, so I'm glad I reviewed the interview tips I received via email beforehand-- I felt 100% prepared.
A couple of days after that, I was emailed a list of available times to schedule a face to face interview with a manager at my local ADP office. I went over my resume and answered a couple more STAR questions.. but this was mostly about taking the opportunity to learn more about the position, work culture, and if we were a good fit for each other. The interviewer was relaxed and easy to talk to.
Two days after the face to face, I received an offer.
Overall, I was pleased with the process. Every phase was clear, and each person involved in the process made me feel comfortable and welcome. I received very quick responses whenever I had to email the recruiter. Definitely the most positive interviewing experience I've encountered.

Question 1
STAR questions: "Tell me a about a time when..." Have a list of stories ready about coworker or management interaction, unhappy customers, strengths, weaknesses, proud moments/accomplishments, etc. If you have to lead with a negative story or quality, always make sure to end with a positive outcome or what you learned from it to correct in the future.
