3 rounds of interview. Screening done to check if candidate is suitable for the job. Discussion with HR_Whether candidate is suitable to the work Profile, whether the candidate has the relevant experience, whether the candidate is ok with the company policies & Operations round_Operations Manager reviews the candidate to see if he is the right choice for the specific process and has the calibre to work and perform within the team.

Too long of a process, barely got to speak when talking to a recruiter across the country. The whole time just talking about how great and big the company is.
Did not return messages (HR) after they reached out. Received email about job and contacted Hr rep back and forth but did not hear back from them after setting up time to interview.

Very formal interview process with a panel of about 4 people esch time. Had to go through 3 different interviews before they offered the job. Pay was competitive but ended up taking another job somewhere elsd.
