I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Barcelona) in Sept 2021
Interview
The first and only part of the interview process I had the chance to participate in was a chat with a Human Resource Partner based somewhere in the south of Europe. Very uninterested about having a chat with me, really just pushing it to the extreme of ridiculising my answers. Finished the first interview on a rushed and unsatisfied note and I was told the hiring manager would see if my qualifications match the position/needs of the company. I only found that I was discarded from the process because I checked on ADP career's website online after a week - and I "did not have the qualifications to match the job". This company just wants to underpay you and overwork you, particularly in Spain, so if you try to make your years of experience worth during your interview process, you're out.
I am shocked about the positive reviews in here, it really is true that companies boost their profiles in here with fake reviews.

Question 1

What are your salary expectations?
Why do you want to join a client relationship role?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP (Barcelona) in Apr 2021
Interview
Firts interview with HR over the phone. Pretty straight forward with typical questions about experience, interest and salary expectations. Second interview is a video interview with 3 hiring managers at a time. I got rejected after the second interview. If you are successful and receive an offer you need to go through a background check which lasts around 2 weeks.
