Panel interview where different engineers questions experience and background. However, some of the panel member engineers were down right nasty and rude and condescending if the answer is not exactly what they're working with, not even if similar experience transferred from other industries. The Indian guy constantly frowned and said "why don't you know the answer, your resume says you have the experience." Basically, based on previous experience at other companies, he's probably trying to recruit other Indian applicants and made the experience as bad a possible so candidates won't pursue it further. Which is exactly what happens and management should look into that.
