The interview process was conducted in 2 stages. First stage was with the talent acquisition and the second one with the HR Manager in UK who was in charge for this position .

They asked many questions about my previous experience , strategies to find best talents and etc
The interviewer seemed disinterested in the interview. He was scratching his head throughout and was distracted. I knew in that moment that I would be rejected.
Very bad experience and unethical interviewer!
