Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an interview with the hiring team. The conversation focused on my previous accounting and administrative experience, my ability to handle confidential information, attention to detail, software skills, and how I manage deadlines. They also asked about my interest in the company and my availability.
3-4 round of discussions from hr to technical and managerial as well, post which there was technical assessment as well. And then final round of salary negotiation can take place
there were total 7 rounds of interview, 3 of which were completely technical rounds while others included hr, general aptitude and all the other stuff. The level was pretty tough.
