Interview
There are three steps to the Interview.
The first step was about the Network knowledge and C Program questions. The Second step asked questions for a Scenario with SMP System's development.
The third step talked about the Data structure and Algorithms.

Question 1
Give a scenario with SMP System and ask serial questions of how to program the asymmetric program in the SMP System?
7 person on-site interview. Comprised of Directory, Senior Manager, Manager and Team mates.
Interview is resume based. The overall process was hectic but the questions were very straight forward and not the tricky one.

Question 1
Question were based on the resume. No question asked on any of the topic not included in the resume. But the they went into deep discussions on the topic they picked based on the resume. As its a networking company the questions were scenario based on the protocols from layer 2 to layer 7.

Interview
1st round was telephonic with Senior Director/VP - it was general 'get to know' kind of discussion, nothing technical. Was called for F2F interview.
2nd round, 3rd round & 4th round was technical - totally bookish DS & Algo questions (appeared they weren't prepared to take my interview), and told me without any hesitation that they didn't go through my resume. In the middle of 4th round, the 1st Senior Director/VP interrupts the interviewer to convey that he is stepping out. So that was the signal I was rejected.

Totally bookish, if one sits and rote/mugs BE level DS & Algo books, they can impress the interviewers :P
