The interview process with 6sense was all around pleasant from the first interaction I had with the recruiter all the way until my last interview. Diana Eltahel was the recruiter that initially reached out and was very kind and effective with every step of the way. I had 4 interviews and 1 case study assignment in which you have to complete within 24 hours. Logan Sheets was wonderful in getting all the interviews scheduled in a timely manner. Richie Narain was my second interviewer and gave me great feedback and insights to the role and the company. Ernest Owes was my third interviewer and he was direct and really instilled passion about the role and the company. My fourth and final interview was with Kristina Defilippo and she brought a calming and caring energy to the final process as it was an all around great conversation. The whole process took about 2 weeks and I got an offer the same day s my final interview. I am so pleased with everyone involved and the amazing reviews you see online are true to what this company holds in it's values. They don't only preach what they believe they 100% practice it as well. The inclusion and diversity is seen throughout the interview process as well as through their employees (if you do your research). I have so much to brag about and I haven't gotten to my first day yet but I am more than excited to say the least.
