I came in wearing a suit, because of my values I almost always wear a suit unless told not to by company, since this was my first job interview after college, I took that route. When I arrived both existing employees were wearing pijamas and the owner/creative director was wearing ripped up shorts and a hoodie. The overall interview was good, but the actual job was a nightmare, constant late or non-existing paychecks, lying, no room for company growth, just a total mess. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! they are called Anthem 1994 or something like that. He will exploit you and not pay you and even cry if you confront him...
