I recently applied for a position of Frontend Developer with 4Soft, and unfortunately, my experience with the recruitment process left much to be desired. As a jobseeker, I put time and effort into crafting a tailored application, only to receive a rejection the very same evening.
What really stood out to me, however, was the impersonal and careless nature of the rejection letter. The salutation addressed me as "Herr X," despite me clearly indicating my gender as female in my application. This made me question whether they even bothered to properly review my application. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail, especially when it comes to something as simple as addressing an applicant correctly.
I believe that a little more effort could go a long way in making the candidate experience more respectful and professional. It would be appreciated if the company could take the time to send a more thoughtful and accurate rejection letter in the future.
