It was very pleasant experience. First I've applied for the job through their career site. Then I've got an email from HR recruiter asking for a Skype interview.
The recruiter was very kind and asked typical questions, hobbies, what I like and what I hate in my job.
What is my experience with remote working, because engineering team is working remotely and they are from all over the world.
Then I had a second interview with IT Lead, I had technical questions, very hard questions, tricky, but If you are good in your job you will recognize them.
The rest is the history. I'm still working there, but planing to quit because I think 2 years in every IT company is enough.
