Since their reputation is well known, no one wants to work here. So, they're desperate. They'll take anyone with a pulse. The interview process was beyond simple and comes off as desperate. It became very apparent why they are desperate and I regret ever starting.

Good with a friendly creative director. It was over zoom since he works remotely and asked me about experience and expectations. Also asked more fun questions like what my favorite movie and band were. Seemed to show some actual interest in my life and personality
