Interview
It was a relatively simple interview. The questions were straight forward and pertained mostly to what the job role was going to be. The interview was in a group setting with just myself and multiple team members from 3Megawatt. It was laid back, with no case-study analysis. I would say a pretty traditional sort of interview.

Interview
Short HR call (around 30 minutes)
followed by code challenge that i needed to submit within 5 days
followed by a technical interview with the Lead developer (around 1 hour)
followed by an interview with the product manager and VP of Operations
The whole process took between 3-4 weeks from the first call till receiving an offer, it was pretty smooth and quick

An initial discussion with the product marketing manager.Second round with the technical team and a technical assignment.
The interview process is very bad .They will never respond back to you.
The take months to review a 5 hour task and finally if you follow up you end up getting a template mail saying not proceeding with you.
