Interview
3M probably has one of the longest processes of interviewing. on average one interview 5-7 people from HR to hiring managers to VP. Mostly it was one on one in person, but in one case on the phone. There was also a knowledge test at the end. Everyone during the interview was nice and casual!
Two phone interviews. One with human resources, one with the hiring managers, and one in-person with the director. You will be informed quickly if you got the job. Process was simple and you will be informed of the next step in the process.
