This was a very friendly but ordered process. There is a lot of preselection to have an interview for 3M. The company has big picture behavioral interview questions in one round with up to multiple listeners. Another stage it can be very casual in front of one person talking about your resume. Don't take things personally, things take time with 3M. I interviewed multiple times and after one of two rejections I asked to be referred for other opportunities. Big companies take time and have rules

Interview
There was first a phone interview, then a second video interview with the engineering manager. After that comes a in person interview onsite with the manager and the facility management team.
Interesting interview well run but arduous. Multiple rounds and people involved. Job description seems accurate. The people I interviewed with were nice to talk to and answered all my questions
