Explain the company's expectations to you. Give some questions related to see what they are looking for.
Country manager is different/ since his value was making the staff seeing company as family, he talked abt family value, and how to let you stick with this value more than talk a t job description

A lot (too many) interviews with all sorts of senior business executives. Same questions - not very innovative. Standard questions only. Asked about previous experience and accomplishments. Only phone interviews as all managers were placed outside of Singapore.
