3M Customer Incentive Analyst interview questions

HR will reach out to you in a call. They will then proceed to the interview with the hiring manager, this interview was the usual get to know the candidate kind of interview, if you pass the exam, you will proceed to the next process which is taking an excel exam (to check your skills with computations and excel functions). Overall the experience was ok, after a number of follow ups for the result, they didn't give me any updates but by the time they reached out again, I have received a different offer - which was 3 months after the last interview.
