Was called by a recruiter and invited directly to an onsite interview shortly after applying online. The interview was one-on-one with a lead developer and lasted one hour. Long discussion of the tech stack and what to expect. Questions were behavioral and background-based, with a small pre-printed "homework" packet handed to me at the end. The "homework" problems were technical exercises supposedly meant to be completed during the interview, but the interviewer claimed that mine were printed out and meant to be emailed to him by the end of the week because he did not bring his laptop. He also suggested that they were optional, and there would be no harm in not doing them. I did not do them because I found that I, an entry-level developer, had been interviewing for a mid-level position demanding experience and knowledge that I did not possess, and that the job was not a good fit for me. The recruiter said they would be in touch after the interview to inform me how they would be proceeding, but I have not heard back yet after over two months, and I have not followed up.
