      Salesforce CRM Manager Interview

      Interview

The job description had pretty much nothing technical in it so when they started grilling me in machine gun interview style, wanting extremely specific answers, it was very surprising. It appeared that they wanted an admin (who was well versed in doing things that went outside of best practices) and not a manager of programmers and higher with a decade of experience under their belt as the job description would imply. I could have easily answered their questions (especially considering I do a ton of programming that outclassed the guys interviewing me) but I could see that the job posting was so off center from the actual responsibilities that I didn't bother going forward. I would recommend that this company actually trust the certifications that come from the company that makes the software instead of relying on employees that know virtually nothing about what managers actually do for a managerial job posting.

      Question 1

Here is a code snippet of a validation rule. Edit it so that it's not going to fire for a system admin.
