I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 2U (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was a phone interview, with pretty basic questions, about my strengths, weaknesses, work history, etc. It was made clear that this was a sales position with expectations of up to 100 calls per day. Since this was not clear from the job posting, it was good to learn this from the phone interview. It would not have been a good fit.

I applied online. I interviewed at 2U (Lanham, MD) in Oct 2020
Interview
Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
