I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 26PMX (Leeds, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
The whole process took around a week and it consisted of 3 steps:
1. Quick chat over the phone with the recruiter
2. Technical test, had 2 days to complete it
3. Face to face interview
The interview was a good experience overall. The number of technical and competency based questions were well balanced and of mixed difficulty.
The interviewers left a good impression and they proved to be great people to work with on daily basis.

Question 1
There was no advice or preference in the technical test's question on what architecture to use, so one of the things I was asked at the interview was to explain my choice.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 26PMX (Leeds, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Initially completed a technical test and was then asked to come in for a face-to-face interview.
The interview was predominantly competency-based with some related technical questions and general conversation on various points. They clearly look to hire based on talent and not just skillset.
The interviewers were welcoming and friendly and the questions were very fair - i.e. it wasn't a high-pressured grilling on the finer points of .NET but neither could you blag your way through it.
Very positive experience.
