I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 180 Skills (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Interview process extremely indifferent and impersonal. Inexperienced people conducting interview that sounded like a script. Those in charge never took the time to speak with candidate directly. Unreasonable homework assignment with no option to ask questions to those in charge. Questions appeared to be a sign of weakness and inability. No feedback given on pre-assignment after wasting more than 40 free work hours preparing the requested documents. Opinion- company just collecting free work with questionable intent of ever hiring anyone.

Nothing important to note. New hires doing the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at 180 Skills (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2020
Interview
The Operations director was professional and engaging, and the team was knowledgeable. It was a very involved interview process that required a writing assignment that took hours. In the end, they didn't hire me. But the interview process was a good experience.
