Great interview process until you meet the founder. She will 'quiz' you on random finance, and market things in India and expect you to know the correct statistics. Extremely wrong way of approaching an interview - how is someone supposed to just know the answer to these questions? Seems like they don't understand the meaning of research. Bizarre experience to the say the least.

Interview
The HR called set up an interview. I gave the test, some another person takes a second round face to face and says will send a test in mail. Days pass, I ask the HR, she will ask and keep me updated about the status of my job application. I text again to the HR and she doesn't reply. Kindly understand that the candidate is looking for a job and have the basic decency of informing the candidates about the status. Understand the actual meaning of HR and then call candidates for the interview.
