I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at <intent> (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Intent reached out to me a couple of days after applying to have a quick phone screen with the hiring manager. The call was casual and non-technical, mostly going over my background and talking about the company and the role. About a week later I was invited to the office for an on-site interview. I met with three pairs of employees from different teams, who asked a mixture of technical and culture fit questions.
Everyone was friendly and the interviews were conversational rather than strict question/answer sessions. I got the impression that Intent cares a lot about finding people who are the right culture fit. The interview process is thoughtfully constructed to allow you to learn a lot about the company and its culture, while discerning if there is a mutual fit.

Interview
The process was very organized. I had 2 calls, one on-site interview and a informal meeting with the hiring manager. For the on-site, I was given a project with thorough directions. The process only took a few weeks.
