Pros
Few and far between lately. They do a pretty good job with their hiring process in terms of bringing in quality like minded folks which results in a good local office culture.
Cons
They don't reward determination, they punish it. If you don't hit your first contest after year 3 they deduct $1,500 from each quarterly bonus, even if you've hit contest early that year. It's a policy local and regional leadership isn't aware of and when escalated you're told it's "punishment for taking so long to hit contest".
They only recognize inflation in terms of company profit. They recently increased the "burden" citing inflation, essentially they made it harder to hit your goal yet they didn't raise salaries or anything to help their employees dealing with cost of living increase. Leadership will tell you to "just grind harder".
No consistent Christmas bonus which isn't really a huge deal but some years it was a sum of cash, others years you could pick a branded product, a contribution to charity in your name, this year everyone was given "membership" to a leadership AI chatbot that's basically a jelly of the month subscription.
If you do earn your annual bonus from hitting contest who knows when you'll actually receive the cash (should you elect it). The date of payment dispersement changes every year and it's not communicated.
Another "hustle, grind" company that claims to care about their employees.
