What was told during the hiring interviews were far from what ready happened. We are told to only be on training for 1 week in the hub. but what happened is we were played around ad had to work for a month in the hub. very low basic pay. I just decided to accept It because I wanted a job right away

Meetings literally all the time (8+ hours a day) Horrible training and onboarding. They joked it took a year to know what you did. My boss a SVP was manipulative and completely untrustworthy.
