      Pros

All of my bosses have been lovely. I rose up the ranks pretty quickly, it's nice because it's merit-based promotions. My mentors have been fantastic as well.

      Cons

Salary is on the lower side, and while the benefits are decent, there aren't really bonuses for performance

      Good company, for Ukraine standarts

      Junior dev-ops engineer
      Former intern
      Chernivtsi, Chernivtsi
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Competetive salaries, comparing to other ukrainian employers. Nice offices, good mentors, a lot of practical experience, fast paced integration in working

      Cons

VERY low salaries comparable to even the neighboring countries, all because of closed country borders and horrible worker and business culture in Ukraine. Very nationalistic and intolerant culture. I've got ridiculed and humiliated for pointing high level of Russian language knowledge in my CV. Heavy political propaganda of supporting Zelenski genocidal regime and his cronies. Softserve actively works with fascistic government.

      Cons

rare salary reviews, no medical insurance for employees in sabbatical leave

      Pros

I enjoyed everything about Softserve in Sofia/Bulgaria—the people, the company, the flexibility and the projects. The interview process was seamless, although it did span about a month and involved 5–6 interviews across various departments. They provide quality equipment, including a laptop, mouse, and keyboard, and you can also request a monitor. They offer comprehensive health insurance(Unica/Bulgaria Insurance), 90 BGN in food vouchers, free access to Udemy courses, and a salary with a 10% quarterly performance bonus.

      Cons

There is a discrimination when it comes to EU and non-EU employees.
