El reclutador te ofrece una vacante que no requiere experiencia en el software X pero pide experiencia en el software Y. Te promete capacitacion pagada. Pero el entrevistador desconoce el software Y, por lo que sus preguntas carecen de sentido. Es como si un chef te evalua tu plan de mercadotecnia. La entrevista tuvo poco o nada de relacion con mi experiencia o el puesto en si mismo.

The interview process was well-structured, efficient, and overall positive. Each stage moved quickly, and timely feedback was provided after every round, which helped maintain transparency and a smooth candidate experience throughout.
Interviewer was nice and calm the discussion ran for 1.5 hours. Had a list of topics but would dive deeper base on my answers. He also gave helpful hints when I was having trouble recalling certain concepts.
