pros mostly dependent on department, i heard some departments were not very inclusive and welcoming towards interns. but i had an amazing time

Cons
Difficult progression and rare chances of conversion. As they tend to not share sensitive information/data to temp staff, they are excluded from alot of meetings, projects and even team bonding workshops. OT is also common and package isn't as great as competitors.
