      - WFH 2 days - Convenient location, near MRT and many food options - Nice colleagues - Typical 9am-6pm working hours but depending on your team, some can work 9.30-6 or 8.30-5.30 - International exposure since SG is the regional HQ

      - Limited/slow career progression - Internship program does not provide much learning or networking opportunities - Salary is not very competitive compared to other companies

      Collaborative team at the IC level Nice product perks and gratis Decent long-term stable company

      Mid-level management feels stifled by ED and VPs who've been there for 10+ years without change and don't use modern leadership technique or philosophy. Unwilling to change their antiquated ways despite asks from Executives to modernize. Unclear leadership directives.
