Very flexible scheduling, very laid back job, you just have to have good communication skills, and customer service skills.

Honestly not much I can say on the bad side, sometimes some of my co workers were not the best and thought just because they worked at a shoe store in a more laid back enviorment that they could do whatever they wanted, but other than that it was a great job.
