Hibbett Sports interview questions

Not long, only about 15 minutes. The hiring manager was welcoming, allowing me to display my true personality. The interview felt more like a meet and greet or icebreaker. More focused on personal traits and work ethic rather than work experience.

One-on-one with the manager of the store in the back room, where all of the shoes are. Some of the questions are pretty generic and easy to answer its almost like a get to know you interview.
