Pros
Really great people work at FWD.us generally. Competitive pay and really good benefits. Compared to other jobs, work culture is positive.
Cons
Not the best growth for junior staff. The transition from small org to mid-sized was painful. HR practices stifle growth. You can take on a lot of extra responsibilities (succeed in them too), get exceptional peer reviews, and still not get promoted. They want to keep junior staff as junior for as long as possible.
