General interview questions, but as you get further along in the process they ask more specifically about advocacy experience and passion for immigration and criminal justice. Important to demonstrate consideration for these issues and compassion for those impacted.

It was very smooth and easy. Everyone in this organization is extremely kind and willingly to answer any questions you have throughly. It was a three round interview process and also a two writing sample requirement.
