What is the company culture like at Boeing?

Facilities are old and outdated

There are plenty of programs within Boeing for professional development, from college assistance to certification/training sponsorship and even flight school reimbursement. They have decent health/insurance benefits and their 401k match is 10%. I work with some great engineers with lots of experience and you can network with tons of people within the company.

The management is hit or miss depending on your team and the culture isn't great. There are a lot of pointing fingers, top level management seems to only worry about the schedule and not about how to make it happen. The team is understaffed and not given the time or resources to accomplish the goals set for them.

Not a great work culture and no overtime

Great tools for doing work. Almost a for sure job for the rest of your career. Interesting product. Great coworkers.

Little motivation if there are no new programs. Sometimes boring. Little flexibility for family life or work from home. Few vacation days.

Low stress work environment, paid higher education

Low morale after years and years of failures, inflexible work arrangements, poor office culture, depressing office facilities, pay isn’t competitive with other regional employers

Good management and the work culture is also good. Can do work from home and management is also supportive.

I didn't find nau down side till now.
