Pros
There are plenty of programs within Boeing for professional development, from college assistance to certification/training sponsorship and even flight school reimbursement. They have decent health/insurance benefits and their 401k match is 10%. I work with some great engineers with lots of experience and you can network with tons of people within the company.
Cons
The management is hit or miss depending on your team and the culture isn't great. There are a lot of pointing fingers, top level management seems to only worry about the schedule and not about how to make it happen. The team is understaffed and not given the time or resources to accomplish the goals set for them.
