      Pros

Weekly pay ,quick hiring process, good benefits

      Cons

Unorganized, never answer the phone, hard to get a hold of management, stay on top of your timesheets are you will be working for free, I still have not received my last paycheck and I stopped working there in July it's October now I guess I will never see that check.

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Networking Independent Experience CRM management

      Cons

      Salary Full recruitment process Commission

      Stagnant pay for long‑term contractors

      Knowledge based engineer - stellantis
      Current contractor
      Toronto, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

-Smooth hiring process with clear communication. -Good initial placement opportunity at Stellantis as a contractor. -Decent benefits package for contractors compared with many agencies in the market. -Vacation and leave options are better than what a lot of other contracting firms provide.

      Cons

      - No regular review of contract terms or pay, even after several years in the same role. - Little to no support in negotiating higher compensation with Stellantis once you are placed. - Being on contract leaves the agency with most of the leverage and the worker with limited bargaining power. - Pay rate tends to stay fixed for years; this has been the experience for nearly all colleagues in similar contracts.

      Micromanaged to the max

      Recruiter
      Former employee
      Woburn, MA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Fun environment where they make the atmosphere enjoyable at times when things are going good.

      Cons

Micromanaged to the max and whatever you do is never enough. Lots of favorites and if you aren't one of them you aren't appreciated. If you don't buy into the culture façade you're treated as an outsider. No work-life balance, Not a place for individuals who have kids because the culture says work 55+ hours a week to be successful. The hiring practice is to hire young grads that they can overwork until they either succeed or decide to leave. Rinse and repeat. There's a reason why most recruiters don't start families until their late 30's there if at all because if you get hired in your young 20's you wont have time for anything else besides working 55+ hours a week. Even if things happen that aren't in your control you get blamed for them.

      Technical trainer
      Former employee
      Stanford, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Aerotek came up with the idea, since this past January 29th, 2024, that I should calculate all of my unpaid hours from Stanford Medicine and then seek a resolution. (Again, It was not my idea. I am simply following up on the Aerotek idea, which is a solid one.) The people at Aerotek and Stanford Medicine have some good qualities.

      Cons

Seven months later, there is still no resolution, despite all of this time passing by ... Me and my Aerotek point of contact put a lot of hard work into the resolution process. I should note I was injured at work in a freak accident at Stanford Hospital, worked hurt for months, (in a lot of pain) before putting in for a medical leave of absence. I had to basically pay for my own rehabilitation (which took three long, hard months) with almost no support. (Chiropractor was paid for.) I have re-emerged stronger than before. And I am thankful for that. I paid for the gym membership, swimming pool, acupressure, acupuncture during odd hours, and more ... I was also promised by both Aerotek and Stanford Medicine that the job would become full-time on January 1st, 2024, which it never did. That was not true.
